Hello Ladies,

I just returned from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where I attended our NFRW Spring Board Meeting. It was a very productive and informative meeting. I will be implanting some things that I’ve learned.

We now have approximately 95 WIN pins available for sale. We will have them available at Ladies Day on the Hill. The pin is very elegant and is well worth purchasing. This is just a small way that the National Federation and the Tennessee Federation can make a little money.

Don’t forget to register for Ladies Day on the Hill. It is going to be on a first come first serve basis. Those who register early will get the best seating. So please register early.

Please check out our new website at www.tnfrw.org. Area VPs, Officers, Committee Chairs and members, and Club Presidents, please look at your information and send in all corrections to Jean Barwick, TFRW Webmaster at jean@harlequindesigngrp.com.

Our May Board meeting will be May 28. This is for the Executive Committee only. We will be hosting our McAndrew Iris Fund Luncheon on May 29. Details will be forthcoming. Mark the dates ladies. Let’s have a good showing at this luncheon. WE need to do all we can to elect good conservative Republicans to office, especially when you see what direction this Country is taking. Tennessee needs to be the Shining example for other states to follow. “On Eagles Wings We will be Victorious in 2010”.

Those attending the NFRW Spring Board meeting were (left to right): Jan Doran, TFRW Bylaws Chair (NFRW Campaigns Committee); Claire Crouch, TFRW Area 1B VP (NFRW Protocol Committee); Susan Witcher, TFRW President (NFRW Board of Directors); Sue Lynch, NFRW President; Shirley Ward, TFRW Immediate Past President (NFRW Campaigns Committee); Lynn James, TFRW Parliamentarian (NFRW Fundraising Committee); Linda Osborne, TFRW Area 1A VP (NFRW Protocol Committee); Barbara McAndrew, TFRW Outreach Chair (NFRW Homeland Security Committee); Sara Sellers, TFRW Armed Services and Homeland Security Chair (NFRW AS & HS Chair)
Linda Osborne is pictured here accepting the necklace and earrings that she won which were valued at over $300.

The Tennessee Delegation attended the Gala hosted by the Oklahoma Federation.
