Barbara McAndrew IRIS Fund

Purpose of the Fund

• To elect Republican candidates to the Tennessee House of Representatives and Senate.

• To win elections, a campaign requires three things: (1) a good candidate, (2) grassroots organizations, and (3) money.

• The Tennessee Federation of Republican Women (TFRW) will make financial assistance available for targeted state legislative races.

• The final decision for the disbursement of funds to targeted candidates will be made by the IRIS Fund Committee subject to approval of the TFRW Executive Board.

How to Access the IRIS Fund

• Any declared Republican candidate for the State House of Representatives or Senate may request an application package from:

• Financial assistance will be awarded only for a Tennessee State legislative general election.

• The IRIS Fund is bound by the State of Tennessee Election Laws regarding amounts contributed to each race.

• Any American citizen who is interested in good government for the State of Tennessee.
• Any duly organized unit club of the TFRW.

How Much May One Contribute?

• There is no limit
• Contributions to the IRIS Fund are not counted against the allotted amount an individual may personally contribute to a candidate.
